Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number and cancellation request. We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so we recommend submitting cancellation requests immediately after placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products, and items marked as final sale. Please check the product description carefully before making your purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive your return.

The refund amount will include the purchase price of the item, minus any shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error). Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our mistake.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and process a full refund or replacement at your preference.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.

If you've checked with your financial institution and still haven't received your refund, please contact us with your order number and payment details. We will investigate the issue and work with our payment processor to resolve it promptly.

For payments made via PayPal, please check your PayPal account directly as refunds are typically processed immediately by their system.
